Michael is a career educator with the privilege of serving in public schools for 13 years as counselor, assistant principal, and assistant superintendent. He currently works as a testing consultant in both school and clinical settings. He has consulted with hundreds of schools on best practices for testing programs, data interpretation and how to use test scores to impact student learning.

Michael and his wife, Leslie, live in Arkansas.
